Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products and services are digital and/or custom-made, please review our refund terms carefully.

1. Digital Products (Websites, Social Media Templates, Guides, and Other Downloads)
  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Once a file or template has been delivered via email, download link, or platform access, we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will work with you to ensure you receive the correct files in working order.

2. Custom Website Design & Development
  • Due to the custom nature of website design and development, refunds are not available once work has begun.

  • If you cancel before any design or development work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposit and time already invested in project planning.

  • We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per project to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

3. Social Media Post Creation (Custom Orders)
  • Refunds are not provided for custom social media post designs once concepts have been delivered.

  • If there is an error or oversight on our part, we will correct the design at no extra cost.

4. 360° Virtual Tours
  • 360 VR tour bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If the service is incomplete due to technical or scheduling issues on our end, we will either reschedule or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Exchanges
  • We do not offer exchanges for digital products.

  • For services, adjustments or revisions can be discussed within the agreed scope of work.
